Hey guys, I want to show you all the stuff I've been doing outside of Deviantart (as much as I treasure this platform for archiving my proudest works for the last nine years).
I've just started my very own Facebook like page for my work, so head on over there and show me some love. It's about time I hankered down to make one. It's over at facebook.com/alexeclark.art
I've got commissions open at lexlotl.bigcartel.com
- personal portraits
- character portraits
- fantasy portraits
- pet portraits
- celebrity portraits
The price scale is all there, so check that out.
I've got zines for sale at lexlotl.bigcartel.com
- A True Story, No Really
The original zine about horrifying medical emergencies from the POV of an enthusiastic eleven year old. As the title implies, this is autobiographical, and stemmed from having told the story of How I Got My Scar so many times that it became very well rehearsed and concise. Now it serves as an explanatory pamphlet that has spent the last few years cropping up in hospital waiting rooms and pediatric offices.
-A True Story, Not Really
The sequel to the best selling A True Story (no, really). This issue addresses the oft exclaimed "What?! That really happened?" with an alternative origins story to my scar. Future editions could include my scar's life as a subdermal centipede that crawls around my body, resting at the base of my neck to seek new prey. Or maybe a shark attack. This edition goes with the demon from the dawn of time in a reluctant (but ever so plucky) host. So there's that.
I've got prints, t-shirts and stickers for sale at redbubble.com/people/lexxie
I've got my portfolio and news blog at alexeclark.blogspot.com
- progress pieces
- appearances
- tutorials
Thank you so much, all of you guys, for supporting and encouraging me for those last nine years. It's websites like these and the ones above that allow me to keep doing what I'm doing. I'm still getting better, chasing the dream, and looking forward to more years creating this stuff.
Lots of love,
Alex

T-SHIRTS and PRINTS
Yeah so, I took a few designs, tidied them up, and put them up on RedBubble for purchase. Something you should probably do. RedBubble is nice and swish, and you can get some obscenely large prints of my stuff there. Except the Aesop's Fables duo. But I'm working on getting a higher res copy of that.
